Himalayan Nature and Adventure Foundation
Beratung-Minderung von MEANSCH-Wildtier-Konflikten (Advice on reducing human-wildlife conflict) is an ongoing project with GIZ from November 2021).

Himalayan Adaption, Water and Resilience (Hi-Aware) Research on Glacier and Snowpack Dependent River Basins for Improving Livelihoods in collaboration with ICIMOD, Kathmandu, Nepal, and focused on twelve sites, representing a range of climates, hydro-meteorological conditions, altitudes, rural-urban continuum and socio-economic contexts in four study basins i.e the Indus, the Upper Ganga, the Gantoki and the Teesta.

Khangchendzonga Landscape Conservation and Development Initiative (KLCDI) in Collaboration with GBPIHED, a pilot project conducted by HNAF covering the Bandapani-Jaldapara site which is a transboundary area in India with Bhutan (foot Hills range of KL-India). The project organized PRA developed PNRMP and carried out filled based socio-economic survey in the concerned region.

Green Rhino Programme in association with ASED (Association for Social and Environmental Development, Kolkata) taken up By HNAF for making Siliguri and its adjoining areas a pollution-free zone with sustainable development. The programme was run and operated by the school children of class VII and class VIII. The objective of the programme was to prepare 200 ‘Green Rhinos’ (Rhino symbolizes the determination with positive arrogance) who will guide others to take care of nature and biodiversity.

School Level Environmental Educational Programme on Elephant and Water Conservation in association with Centre for Environment Education, Ahmadabad.

National Mission of Himalayan Studies (NMHS) in association with GBPHIED, Gangtok initiated in Feb 2018 and ended in March 2020. The project site was located at Bandapani, Dist. Alipurduar, West Bengal. 30 youth and 25 women were trained for sustainable tourism development.
